Good job Obama. All you had to do was not be a republican and tell people things are going to change. Now, let’s work together to get some of that change.
Man, NC might actually go Obama. He was ahead a few percentage points, but then it got to around 90% reporting and McCain took the lead for a while, now Obama has a 20,000 vote lead with 95% reporting. This county has come a long way.
Lordy, I need to go to bed. I just watched Obama speak in Chicago. As usual, good speech.
Good night all. Here’s to the future.
It’s good to vote for the winner.
I’m very excited about next week!!
I’m just afraid of the sh*t storm that could come. Will the US show it’s true colors? How many voting machines/voter fraud/dead people voting/voter list purges will hit across the nation? Obama and McCain better save up some of their money to pay the lawyers.
Hopefully things won’t get bad. On my latest electorial map, I have Obama winning by a few points. It all depends on VA, MO, NM, & NV, unless a big state like OH or FL or NC goes blue, which I doubt. What’s scaring me is a few times I’ve picked, I’ve managed to get the 269 tie, which is still a possibility. It depends on if you believe the polls or not.
I stole this from a comment section of an article:
Don’t believe these polls, election night will be a nail biter. Obama will NOT win by a landslide, he will squeak by or alternatively it will be too close to call and McCain will cry foul due to ACORN and then whose the hanging chad then and we will have eight more weeks of uncertainty and the market will tank!
I kind of agree, but I’m not so sure Obama has it won. Maybe VA, MO, NC, OH, or FL might go blue and prove me wrong.

Is same sex marriage going to make it on ballots this November, like in 2004?
California ban on same-sex marriage. Looks like it might turn up on California’s.
Surprising: “The ruling surprised legal experts because the court has a reputation for being conservative. Six of its seven judges are Republican appointees.” I didn’t think politics played a roll in legal matters…
So, this fall…. a Republican president and a congress dominated by Democrats? Looks like it now, but things will change.
There are a few things I have been wanting to talk about, but have not taken the time. Too much going on and I need more sleep.
