you could do more with a free wordpress blog.
it would snow at least a foot tomorrow because if it doesn’t, I’m going to be mad at myself for not going to Lenoir this weekend.
I had a super power, like the ability to mend, to fly, or to move things.
for world peace.
Hi internets. James here, writing from work. Things are going very well. The week vacation in Colorado the week before last was awesome. I love those people and Colorado/the Rocky Mountains were beautiful. Wish we had had more snow though, but you can’t have everything in life. I am looking forward to a slow week. I feel like I have been out of sorts for the last few weeks.
I think class will be good this semester, granted, I have not done my reading (two articles, one chapter) for tomorrow night’s class, but I still think this semester will be good. So far, it has been a good refresher of European people, places, and institutions that I learned in undergrad. It will be nice once we get into learning about each specific country.
Speaking of undergrad, I will get to see some people I have not seen in sometime this weekend. APO is having a semi-work/reunion celebration weekend at the girl scout camp we always worked at once or twice each semester. Its been at least a year since I have seen some of my old friends. Should be a good time had by all in Lenoir.
Lunch break is over – time to get back to work.

Christmas was good. There was actually snow on the ground.
All the immediate family, cousins, and everyone were in attendance so it was nice to see them all. I received clothes, money, gift cards, pretty much every thing I asked for.
It is now the third day of 2010 (twenty ten, not two thousand and ten) and so far the new year is going well. I welcomed it with about 40k friends in downtown Raleigh. Many travels are planned for the year including a trip to Denver all next week (yay!). I am also in a wedding the beginning of March in NY, I might be going to PAX East in Boston the end of March, and a two week trip out west in August and September is scheduled. We are traveling to places in Illinois, South Dakota, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, and that’s all that I can recall at the moment… should be a ton of fun and I will get to see many places of the country I have wanted to see. Plus, I will be really close to reaching my goal of visiting every state in the union. After that trip, I think all that will be left is Maine, Oregon, Montana, North Dakota, and Minnesota. Not bad for a 25 year old.
Time to go watch more Duke basketball. <3
